PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the uniqueness and individuality of each washi
switchplate cover, paperweights, coasters, origami jewelry, origami framed art,
kimono doll albums, framed kimonos, bookmarks, magnets, keychains,
and greeting cards. (all items on this website are sold on first email reserve
order basis (based on the email time stamp).   Every few weeks, new
products will be added as they are made.  All of the products
shown here were available for purchase when this website was published.
Some of them, however, may have been purchased by the time you see this.
I will make every effort possible to keep my available product updated,
although I cannot guarantee an item will be available when reserved.

3.  Once availability of your item has been confirmed, I will calculate shipping charges with delivery confirmation, sales tax (for California residents/businesses only), ** insurance,  and will respond by email with your "Order Confirmation/Invoice"  and final total due.

4. Upon receipt of the Asian Gift Designs Order Confirmation email,  please print a copy of the Order Invoice and send it to us with your payment to the address below.    Payment can be made by cashier check, money order, business or personal check
and credit cards  through Paypal. (payment in U.S. Funds).

I ship priority mail with delivery confirmation ~ Delivery Item is not be shipped

Shipping costs are determined by the order and the final destination.  All orders will be shipped Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation (Insurance is Optional, but highly recommended for large orders) or UPS Ground.    Once shipped, I will
email you a tracking number so you can track your order online.  
Additional fees may apply when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

There will be a handling charge of $2.00 for orders under $50.00
and $4.00 for orders over $50.01

International orders will be sent Global Priority Mail with shipping charges based on country according to the United States Postal Service. I will email you the rate.

edelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information.  Delivery services will not forward to another address.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENT or REFUNDS

Please see below for my simple return guidelines:

                                     a)  in original (unopen/resaleable) condition.
                                     b)  return a copy of the order invoice confirmation
                                     c)  return within 7 (seven) days from receipt of merchandise
                                     d)  carefully repack the item(s) and return item(s) by
                                                   insured mail.  (not responsible for lost or
                                                   misdirected returns)

At Asian Gift Designs, I guarantee the quality of every item I sell.
My products are created  for the highest level of quality with
my customer in mind.   I am confident you will be absolutely delighted.

All order(s) will be delivered for a 7 (seven) day inspection
period from receipt of merchandise. I want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase.   If any of my products do not meet
your expectations, simply return the item(s) to me within (seven) days
of receipt for an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.

NOTE:   Item MUST be returned PRIOR to refund being given. Item MUST be in sellable condition, NO DAMAGE, shipped back in the same box or similar that it was
shipped/received in. No refunds after 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once your package is received, I will promptly send you your refund or
exchanged item(s).  If you paid by Paypal, I will send you a check for
the merchandise ordered.  (note: shipping, insurance and delivery
confirmation cost are non-refundable).

NOTE: Please notify me by email to receive an authorization number
before returning any merchandise.  You may want to insure your return;
as I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items en route
back to Asian Gift Designs.   If you plan to use USPS,
I suggest using a delivery confirmation service to
track the package.  (Only 45 cents extra and it's worth it)

If the item is damaged due to MY NEGLIGENCE we will give a
full refund INCLUDING S/H charges once item has been returned to me.

are finished and available for sale, I will notify
everyone on the waiting list for that pattern
group first, before I add the product(s)
to my   website for the public to view.
